A three-hour master class on Arctic cuisine is an introduction to northern products, traditions, and the simple yet rich flavors of the Arctic. Under the guidance of a chef, you will prepare dishes made from fish, seafood, and wild plants, learning how people in the North have adapted to nature and climate over the centuries. The finale includes a shared dinner and a warm atmosphere, where the cuisine becomes part of the northern experience. The menu is developed individually.
