Brand Chef's Arctic Cuisine Workshop

A three-hour master class on Arctic cuisine is an introduction to northern products, traditions and simple but rich tastes of the Arctic. Under the guidance of the chef, you prepare fish, seafood and wildlife dishes, learning how you have adapted to nature and climate in the North for centuries. The finale features a joint dinner and a warm atmosphere, where the kitchen becomes part of the northern experience. The menu is developed individually.
